Our Story
Top Dogs N More began with a simple vision: to serve the community high-quality food at a fair price while filling a clear need in the area for delicious, dependable concession-style meals. After recognizing that there were limited options for gourmet-style hot dogs made with premium ingredients, the idea for Dave’s Dawgs was born.
What started as a concept became a year-long journey of research, planning, and development. Over the course of more than twelve months, careful investigation went into designing and implementing a hot dog business focused on gourmet creations with a wide variety of condiment choices. Every detail—from equipment selection to menu development—was thoughtfully considered to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
The business first launched with a small, traditional steam-heated hot dog cart. Serving 100% beef hot dogs, chips, and beverages, the cart quickly gained popularity. The strong community response confirmed there was a demand for premium concession food.
Growth came quickly. To meet increasing demand and expand offerings, a second custom-built trailer was designed to accommodate an ice cream machine, allowing the business to serve both savory and sweet favorites. This addition broadened the customer base and elevated the overall experience.
Our Growth and Continued Commitment
Within a year, continued growth led to the move into a third and larger food concession trailer. This new trailer allowed for expanded menu options, including Nachos and Cheese, French Fries, homemade Lemonade, and soft ice cream—further enhancing the variety and appeal of the business.
Throughout its growth, one element has remained constant: a commitment to quality and customer experience. Tables and chairs dressed with tablecloths provide a welcoming, comfortable environment where customers can relax and enjoy their meals.
As the menu expanded beyond gourmet hot dogs, the name evolved to better reflect what the business offers. Dave’s Dawgs became Top Dogs N More — a name that represents the variety and quality our customers have come to expect.
